20 Year Limited Warranty

20 Year Limited Warranty Allegheny Poly LLC warranties to the original purchaser that its polyethylene outdoor furniture products will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 20 years of residential use otherwise noted in this warranty. Allegheny Poly furniture shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot, or suffer structural damage from insect infestation. This warranty is effective starting on the date of purchase, under normal use and service conditions. Allegheny Poly LLC will repair or replace this product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect does exist. Should Allegheny Poly LLC choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time warranty service is required, a substitution of similar performance and equal or greater value will be made. Polyethylene is a synthetic product and may scratch or fade slightly when exposed to sunlight, or stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion and contraction is also to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. The aforementioned shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the applicable warranty period. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as coastal areas) if not maintained. Swivels are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners or structural failure due to rusting fasteners, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of this product, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials, or any attempt to use the product in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it is customarily intended. This warranty shall not limit any warranties made by the manufacturer for such items which may extend to you. Allegheny Poly LLC makes no warranties other than those which are specifically described herein. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you. ​All of our Poly Furniture is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It contains an added UV protective agent that resists fading. It never requires painting or staining and will not promote bacterial growth. This durable material also stands up to the harshest outdoor conditions. will not rot or splinter, and is not affected by most corrosive substances. In order to maintain the beauty of your furniture, clean it regularly with non-abrasive soap and water. Most colors require cleaning several times a year, however, some colors such as white and other lighter colors may require more frequent cleaning. If your furniture shows signs of heavy soil or stains, it also may be necessary to spray it with a non-abrasive cleanser. You may then scrub it with a soft bristle brush or use a high-pressure power washer.

* Pressures should not exceed 1500 psi, and you should always keep the spray nozzle no closer than 8" to 12" away from the surfaces. Finish up with a rinse of warm water. Never place flowerpots or any items on your furniture that will leave stains, and never place extremely hot items directly onto the furniture to avoid any possibility of melting. The fasteners we use are all stainless steel and naturally resist corrosion, but use caution in extreme conditions such as coastal regions. We recommended
